And through the drawing of three-dimensional modeling software, a three-dimensional model was created to solve the problems of automatic scanning, sorting and palletizing of books in colleges or social libraries; in addition, some important parts were re-stiffened, The analysis and calculation of strength, life and stability have further improved the system. <br>This design adopts a modular design concept, which is convenient for users to choose and later serialize; the book feed module can provide lateral movement and positioning of the book, and provide a stable scanning frequency for the page turning module; the circular palletizing module is on the turntable Make full use of the surrounding space without moving.

本论文主要针对图书馆还书处的自动化管理系统进行研究。通过对比现有其他行业的自动分拣系统的研究，提出了一种圆形分拣理念，进一步设计出，图书的进给和运书车于一体的自动分拣系统。并通过三维建模软件的绘制，创建了三维模型，解决了高校或社会图书馆图书的自动扫描，分拣，码垛的问题；除此之外，对一些重要的零部件重新做了刚度，强度，寿命以及稳定性方面的分析计算，进一步完善了该系统。<br>本设计是采用模块化的设计理念，便于用户自选及后期系列化；图书进给模块能提供图书横向的移动和定位，并为翻页模块提供一个稳定的扫描频率；圆形码垛模块在转台不移动的情况下充分利用了周围空间。
