Regarding on the captioned temporary power installation, as it has been planned that this site power is to be supplied by P31ABHB69 2000A switch cabinet. While as per the check under the preparation, it was found that the current transformers (CT) deployed in P31ABHB69 are just rated at 300A/1A. To ensure that overload operation can be avoided, the output current from this cabinet can just be maximumly 300A. It may not be sufficient for the power used by site construction. As now the purchased and arrived materials for such temporary power connection are arranged for the connection up to the CCB WWTP, modifying the power acquisition point would prolong the overall schedule of pumping house construction. To maintain the connection point in WWPT, and also meanwhile reduce the influence to WWPT operation from that temp. power connection as much as possible, we hope that we can use the P31ABHB66 cabinet, which is the incomer of capacitor bank panel, during the construction of new pumping house. As learned from relevant CEM personal, the CTs of this cabinet had been replaced to the larger size for adapting the installed cap. bank, and those CTs can satisfy for the use of site construction. Moreover, the relevant connection measures do not need de-energization on the overall upstream busbar, while during the use of P31ABHB66, the respective cap. bank panel should be out-of-service temporarily until the new pump house can be energized by its own power. To ensure the construction safety and the works can smoothly in line with the schedule, we hope that CEM supervisors can permit us to use this P31ABHB66 cabinet for supply site power during the construction pumping house.
