The longevity of the PEMFC for vehicles seriously restricts the largescale commercialization of the fuel cell vehicle [5]. The main reason for the rapid decline of automotive PEMFCs is frequent variable load conditions. The variable load leads to the difficulty of water management and the lack supply of the reaction gas. Insufficient gas supply will cause the phenomenon of voltage reversal, resulting in corrosion of the carbon support and degradation of the catalyst, and degrading the performance of the catalyst. Therefore, it is necessary to study the distribution of reactive gas on the surface of electrode during load change, and to design the evaluation method of gas distribution quality, which will provide reference and basis for the control and structural design of vehicle PEMFC.
