The phenomenon of College Students' truancy is widespread, not only the obvious truancy is frequent, but also the recessive truancy is very serious. This is the result of many factors, among which the teacher's classroom management is a link factor related to the truancy behavior of college students. From the perspective of teachers' classroom management, this paper analyzes college students' truancy behavior, which is manifested in three aspects: poor implementation of classroom attendance, lack of attraction in classroom teaching, improper organization and methods of classroom teaching. Because the teacher's classroom management is not only the teacher's individual behavior, but also will be affected by the higher education system, the university management system and the student's behavior. This paper will also put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the University, the teacher and the student's three aspects, hoping to help reduce the University students' explicit and implicit truancy.<br>
