This article analyzes college students 'truancy behavior from the perspective of teachers' classroom management, which is manifested in three aspects: poor implementation of classroom attendance, lack of attractiveness in classroom teaching, and inappropriate forms and methods of classroom teaching organization. Since teacher classroom management is not only an individual behavior of teachers, it will also be affected by the constraints of higher education system, university management system and student behavior. This article will also propose corresponding countermeasures for college students ’truancy behavior from three aspects: colleges, teachers and students It is helpful for college students to explicitly skip classes and implicitly skip classes.
