Abstract: To explore the differences in the quality of late-maturing Plum in Guizhou, and to provide theoretical support for the selection of new varieties and directed breeding. Collected in guizhou in mid-August and later mature Li fruit, to determine its fruit size, moisture content, energy, soluble solids, total sugar, total acid, vitamin C and the human body required amino acids and nutrients, using SPSS 26.0 statistical software description, related methods, dimensional reduction and classification methods for analysis. The results show that the degree of dispersion between the component content shass different lying and the difference is great. The main components that affect the quality of Li's fruit are energy, soluble solids, total sugar, sugar/acid and vitamin C. The cumulative contribution rate of the main component analysis and extraction of 3 main component feature values was 86.537 percent, and the comprehensive score visually reflected the good order. Cluster analysis divides the comprehensive quality into three categories, and the cluster analysis is consistent with the results of the comprehensive evaluation. The higher the moisture content, the softer the fruit meat, the more sticky the core, the shorter the shelf life of the fruit. Screening sweet taste, high sugar content of edible late-maturing plum breeding materials, can be determined by determining the soluble solid seoid content of fruit, with high content of soluble solids, the pre-sort 3 late-crisp, chimor Li and Gao Ping Li can be selected as a new variety of breeding and directional breeding of good materials.<br>Keywords: Guizhou late-ripe Li; Fruit quality; main ingredient analysis; cluster analysis; comprehensive evaluation.
