The control is carried out by the technical control service of the manufacturer.
A planned manufacturing schedule is provided, as well as photo reports as equipment is manufactured at intervals no less than 1 time per month with showing the main stages of production:
(a)procurement of materials;
(b)manufacturing the main units;
(c)final production – assembly.
Acceptance tests of the main equipment are carried out by the technical control service in the presence of the Customer.
The following technical documentation should be provided during acceptance at the manufacturing enterprise:terms of reference(technical assignment), design, set of working drawings, passports and certificates for materials, test certificate and nondestructive testing certificate.
Defects and deviations from requirements of working drawings revealed during manufacturing and acceptance are subject to elimination.
The customer has the right:
– to give comments to the drawings of the equipment which should be taken into account by the Manufacturer.
– to participate in meetings during the manufacture of the equipment(the kick-off meeting, a plan of inspections and audits, etc.).
– to check the progress of manufacture at any stage at the request of the Customer.
Guarantee test run of technology parameters should be carried out for at least 72 hours with confirmation of the guaranteed performance of the plant.
Conclusion of license agreements for the use of technology and intellectual property.
Guarantees against losses in cases of claims and actions for infringement of intellectual property rights while in the operation of plant and sale of products are included in the contract.
Implementation of the Basic Design in scope specified in Annex No. 2.
The completed Basic design is coordinated with the chief specialists of JSC "Azot" and approved by the Chief engineer of JSC "Azot".
The battery limits are situated from the reception of raw materials and resources to the feed units of the finished product and by-products to the existing network of the enterprise including:
– main Hydrotreating unit;
– flare unit(if necessary, Upon agreement with the Customer);
- unit for pumping crude benzene out of rail tank cars;
- units for pouring toluene, xylene, solvent, naphthalene, sodium sulfide, possibly carbon sulphur in rail tank cars;
– the use of Instrumentation air with the parameters specified in Annex No. 1 should be provided for actuator drives of instrumentation and automation equipment.
Either own instrumentation air preparation station can be used(should be agreed with the Customer);
– autonomous cooling water cycle(if necessary, should be agreed with the Customer);
– Switchgear 6 kV, switchgear 0.4 kV(6/0.4 kV)and distribution points 0.4 kV.
- on-site pipe-racks, crossings;
- On-site underground utilities and networks.
– all external communications of supplied resources, derived products, sem-products, by-products including tie-in points to existing system;
– for off gases requiring processing - pipelines from the battery limits of the benzene purification plant and to the battery limits of the gas processing factory units;
– for emissions requiring neutralization by high-temperature oxidation – pipelines from the battery limits of the benzene purification plant and to the battery limits of the 986 building of Sodium carbonate shop;
– for industrial effluents– pipeline(s)from station of wastes collection, equalization and pumping inside the battery limits of the benzene purification plant and the charging and discharging tank battery that is part of the plant and to the limits of the 986 building of Sodium carbonate shop;
– in case of construction of local treatment facilities – sewer communications from borders of the local treatment facilities which are a part of the plant and to sumps of sewage collectors of the corresponding drains including tie-in sections.
