Seller is to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the order immediately on receipt, by return of attached acknowledgement copy properly executed.Unless acknowledge is returned within 10 days, Buyer shall have the right to treat this order as withdrawn and no obligations incurred. Allspecifications and other requirements referred to in this order are hereby made a part hereof, as if fully set forth herein.6.All goods shipped are subject to the approval of Buyer's inspection department. In case any of the goods are found to be defective at any time inmaterial or workmanship, or otherwise not in conformity with the specifications and/or approval samples and/or delivery schedule and/or otherrequirements of this order; the Buyer shall have the right to refuse the same or require that such goods be corrected or replaced promptly withsatisfactory materials and workmanship. If Buyer refuses the goods, or if Seller, when requested by Buyer, fails to proceed promptly withthereplacement or correction thereof, Buyer may either terminate this order for default or may replace or correct said goods, and in either event maycharge Seller with the cost or damages occasioned the Buyer thereby, including incidental expenses and costs of inspection.Seller expressly warrantsall goods covered by this order to be strictly in accordance with this order and the specifications therefor, and free from defects,including latentdefects.
