This study through literature method, questionnaire survey method and practice method, random taking 29 biology teachers from 9 high schools in Guiyang city and 340 students from Wudang senior high school's grade 1 as the survey objects. Through the questionnaire investigation, we fully understand the current situation of the application of constructing physical model in biology teaching in senior high school, At the same time, two parallel classes in grade 1 of guiyang wudang senior high school were selected as the practical teaching objects. The control class uses the conventional teaching method, while the experimental class uses the physical model construction method. After the practice teaching, the students' biological achievement, innovation and creation ability and biological learning interest in the experimental class, the control class and the experimental class before and after the practice were tested and analyzed, objective evaluation of the use of physical models constructed way of teaching to students' achievement, innovation and creation ability and learning interest affect the results.
