• This revised OTI metric is aligned to Customers’ point of view, contributing to our work to regain and grow Imaging market share;• Aligns with our standard Order To Delivery process (implementation of which started in 2020 through Clean Orders imperative), and will help drive revenue and cash linearity;• Provides a more accurate and transparent picture of the problem areas leading to delayed installations to enable focused, data-driven problem solving (e.g., do not mask late deliveries by setting baseline after equipment has already been delivered to customer site).
