Sociality: from 1.0 to 2.0. We adop

Sociality: from 1.0 to 2.0. We adopt a distinction within prosuming as stipulated in Lin et al. (2013). This distinction further distinguishes prosuming literacy by the characteristics of action, namely, sociality or sharing. Distribution & Participation both presume the action of sharing. Therefore, they belong to prosuming 2.0. However, both production and creation may or may not involve sharing.Therefore, they can be further differentiated into creation 1.0 & 2.0 as well as production 1.0 & 2.0. For example, a person simply creates a new media artefact without sharing. Since no sociality is involved, this would be considered 1.0. If this person shared it to invite further interactions, this will qualify this very action to be 2.0, since now sociality is involved.
