[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of the rehabilitation process and drug safety mycoplasma pneumonia in patients with pneumonia in children sodium ceftazidime with azithromycin use. Methods: March 2017 ~ 94 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in children March 2019 in our hospital as research subjects, divided into two groups in accordance with the random number table (n = 46) and control group (n = 46) , administered to the control group conventional treatment oxygen, phlegm the azithromycin, ceftazidime sodium observation group were based on the treatment, two groups of recording the clinical symptoms of fever, coughing disappeared and hospitalization, two comparison group clinical efficacy and adverse events. Results: The clinical symptoms observed group disappearance time was significantly earlier than the control group (P <0.05); observation group hospitalization was (7.5 ± 1.2) days, significantly shorter than the control group hospitalization [(8.2 ± 1.4) days], P < 0.05; total effective observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05); groups incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The azithromycin sodium ceftazidime combination therapy in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can significantly improve clinical outcomes in children and shorten the time clinical symptoms, and promote the rehabilitation of patients without increasing side effects.

Objective: To explore the effects of the co-use of sodium cephalosporine and azithromycin on the rehabilitation process and the safety of medication in patients with pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: Selected 94 cases of pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study object, divided into observation group (n-46) and control group (n-46) according to the random numerical table method, and gave the control group Archie treatment on the basis of conventional treatment such as oxygen absorption and sputum, The observation group was treated with cephalosporine sodium on the basis of the control group, and recorded the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms such as fever and cough in two groups, and compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results: The clinical symptoms of the observation group disappeared significantly earlier than the control group (average P 0.05), and the observation group was admitted to hospital for (7.5 to 1.2) days, significantly shorter than the control group's hospitalization time (8.2 x 1.4 days), The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups (P.05). Conclusion: The combination of azithromycin and cephalosporine sodium to treat mycoplasma pneumonia in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children, shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms, promote patient severation without increasing adverse reactions.

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of ceftazidime sodium and azithromycin on the recovery process and medication safety of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods: 94 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into observation group (n = 46) and control group (n = 46). On the basis of routine treatment such as oxygen inhalation and phlegm elimination, they were given azithromycin treatment in the control group. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with ceftazidime sodium, and the hair of the two groups was recorded The disappearance time and hospitalization time of clinical symptoms such as fever and cough were compared. Results: the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the hospitalization time in the observation group was (7.5 ± 1.2) days, significantly shorter than that in the control group [(8.2 ± 1.4) days], P < 0.05; the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of azithromycin and ceftazidime sodium in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear, promote the recovery of patients without increasing adverse reactions.<br>
