Abstract: at present, the polymer modified by inorganic nano materials has become a research hotspot in the search of excellent film-forming materials for waterborne coatings. In this paper, a kind of high solid content water-borne Nano-TiO2 Composite with high hardness, strong water resistance and excellent mechanical properties was prepared by one-step reaction of modified nano-TiO2 with acrylic acid, styrene and other monomers under the action of initiator. The results show that when the TiO2 content is 0.8 wt%, the composite has the best comprehensive properties. The hardness of the coating is 2h, the water resistance is 35h, and the tensile strength is 12.5mpa.<br>
