Admittedly, laying too much stress>takes a toll on our life. To begin with, it hurts our health. As is known to us all, the way to perfection is full of bumps and bruises, which physically and mentally takes a lot. What’s worse, it hits our spirits. As Judith Carlisle put it, for students, when students flunk in the examination, their self-esteem and confidence may be greatly undermined. There is a grain of truth to this, but it misses the bigger picture.
