Qian Zhengchen, using the working methods of groups and cases, and guided by the theory of advantage perspective, intervened in 30 students with learning difficulties in Furong primary school, Hefei, Anhui Province, to help them understand themselves and their classmates to correct their behavior deviation in time, improve their learning situation, and make them consistent with the environment. Guo Fengying applied the advantage perspective in teaching. She used group work to improve students' self-confidence in the process of teaching, so that students can have a deeper understanding of themselves, and help students to establish an effective internal and external resource system, so that more students can benefit from it. Most of these studies involve social workers' involvement in students with academic difficulties. These researchers provide some guidance and experience for the author, not only to understand and grasp the advantage perspective, but also to use case work and group work.<BR>
