Purpose: To observe the effect of oxirace and Ginkgo biloba injections on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 112 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into reference group and joint group from April 2017 to December 2019, each 56 cases, the reference group was treated with oxitam on the basis of conventional treatment, and the combined Ginkgo biloba extract injection was treated on the basis of the reference group. Comparing serum inflammatory factor levels such as hypersensitivity-C reactive protein (hs-CRP), cell leukocylic inpatient 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha), and two groups of patients with oxidative stress levels such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), propylene dialdehyde (MDA), and nitric oxide (NO) The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was compared. Results: Prior to treatment, the level of the above-mentioned inflammatory factors and the level of oxidative stress indicators were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (both P.05), and after treatment, the two groups of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-alpha, MDA, NoIs both decreased significantly (average P 0.05) and the joint group was significantly lower than the reference group (average P 0.05), the two groups of SOD increased significantly (average P 0.05), the joint group significantly higher than the reference group (P 0.05), and the joint group was significantly more efficient (91.07%) than the reference group (71.43%) ( P.05). Conclusion: The treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage by Olaxitan in combination with ginkgo biloba extract can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients, reduce stress response and improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
