Although the ZLC experiments indicate a microporecontrolled diffusion a general model, including macropore,micropore and film resistances was developed and tested in this system. This model was selected because in the search of a proper adsorbent for the propane/propylene separation, some adsorbents studied have macropore resistances [28,50] while others, like this adsorbent have micropore control. In order to fill the parameters of the bidisperse model, a pore diffusivity has to be given.
