The innovation of this paper lies in the discovery of the problems after analyzing the current situation of college English writing. This paper combines reading and writing with flipped classroom, and develops a new writing teaching mode. I have synthesized the literature of the past ten years and found that there are few research scholars on the combination of these two theories, so this paper puts forward this theory, hoping to make a certain contribution to English writing teaching.
