摘 要<br>在我国全面建设小康社会和加快城市化建设的进程中, 休闲体育作为一种能满足人们健身强体、愉悦身心、提高生活质量等需要的社会文化现象, 逐渐走入城市社区居民的生活。因此休闲娱乐场所建设急切上升到城市建设的重中之重，本文主要以漯河市中小型体育休闲娱乐场地为研究对象，运用文献资料法、群众访谈法、现场考察法、逻辑推理法等研究方法，分析社区休闲娱乐场地当前建设管理中存在的问题，并提出对策。

Abstract<br>In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating urbanization, leisure sports, as a social and cultural phenomenon that can meet the needs of people's physical fitness, physical and mental pleasure, and improve the quality of life, gradually enter the life of urban community residents. Therefore, the construction of leisure and entertainment venues is urgently rising to the top priority of urban construction. This paper mainly takes Luohe small and medium-sized sports leisure and entertainment venues as the research object, analyzes the existing problems in the current construction and management of community leisure and entertainment venues by using the methods of literature, mass interviews, on-site investigation, logical reasoning and other research methods, and puts forward countermeasures.<br>
