目的 旨在对我国近5年来关于毫针针刺法为主导的治疗面肌痉挛的临床研究现状作一综述，反映其最新研究进展，为临床和科研提供参考依据。 方法 通过万方数据库查阅近5年来的相关文献，着重对毫针针刺法及其他联合治疗面肌痉挛患者的临床报道进行归纳总结。 结果 使读者对近5年来面肌痉挛的毫针针刺治疗为主要治疗手段的临床研究现状一目了然。 结论 毫针针刺法治疗面肌痉挛应用广泛，疗效确切，且无不良反应，多维治疗方案是今后治疗该病的临床趋势，客观、公正、严谨的临床观察仍任重道远。

Objective to review the current situation of clinical research on the treatment of hemifacial spasm with filiform needle acupuncture in recent five years, reflect its latest research progress, and provide reference for clinical and scientific research. Methods the relevant literatures in recent 5 years were searched through Wanfang database, and the clinical reports of treating hemifacial spasm with filiform needle acupuncture and other combined methods were summarized. Results the readers can clearly understand the current situation of clinical research on the treatment of hemifacial spasm with filiform needle acupuncture in recent 5 years. Conclusion filiform needle acupuncture is widely used in the treatment of hemifacial spasm, with definite curative effect and no adverse reactions. Multi dimensional treatment plan is the clinical trend in the future. Objective, fair and rigorous clinical observation still has a long way to go.<br>
