Methods: 70 CI patients were selected for hospital treatment from January 2019 to December 2019, all patients received in-hospital care, divided into two groups by random numeric table, nursing group A gave routine care, nursing group B in group A Based on the addition of early limb function training, two groups of continuous nursing intervention 4w, comparing pre- and post-care limb function (evaluated on FMA scale), neurosurgery (evaluated on NIHSS scale) and life self-care ability (evaluated on ADL scale).
