早期肢体功能训练在脑梗死患者护理中的应用曾斯萍广州市第一人民医院神经内科510180【摘要】目的:探讨早期肢体功能训练在脑梗死(CI)患者护理中的应用及价值。方法:选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的CI患者70例,全部患者接受院内护理,以随机数字表法分两组,护理A组给予常规护理,护理B组在A组基础上增加早期肢体功能训练,两组连续护理干预4w,比较护理前及4w后肢体功能(以FMA量表评价)、神经功能(以NIHSS量表评价)及生活自理能力(以ADL量表评价)。结果:护理前,两组FMA、NIHSS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理4w后,护理B组FMA、ADL评分高于护理前,且高于护理A组,NIHSS评分低于护理前,且低于护理A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CI患者的临床护理中,采取早期肢体功能训练既能够有效提高患者肢体运动功能,也能够减轻患者神经功能损害,促进神经功能改善,对提高患者生活自理能力效果也较好,应用价值显著。
