For magnetic sensing based on nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center in diamond, microwave irradiation with efficient and large detection volume is necessary to achieve ultrahigh sensitivity. we present on the development and utilization of a triple-mode wideband bandpass filter on single metallic cavity with perturbation cylinders for the tridimensional control of NV centers. its center frequency is around 2.8 GHz and the bandwidth is 1 GHz so that multiple resonances can be, ensuring that the resonance frequency does not need to be adjusted within a large external magnetic field. compared with a split ring resonator, the sensitivity of the sensor can be improved 10 times, and the lock-in signal can be increased by 10%.
