Internal post-delivery report audits are an important bestpractice. These provide a means of making sure analysisand reporting standards continue to meet the stringenthigh-quality requirements expected by customers andthat significantly impact report accuracy. All auditsshould be planned, documented and scored to providethe foundation for generating ongoing analysis qualitymetrics. This proactive approach should seek out potential errors and highlight any process issues that havethe potential to introduce future error. Should an errorbe found, it is documented, which initiates a formal RootCause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action is taken.
