STL methods provide a simple, convenient and applicable approach for the growth of large-sized, high-quality perovskite single crystals, but it is only suitable for the perovskite with high solubility in particular solvents at high temperature. It normally experiences a time-consuming process and typically takes 2-4 weeks to obtain single crystals with the size of one-centimeter long. Efforts should be made to improve the crystalline quality,the growth speed and thus the optoelectronic properties.
