7..1 Thermal CycleProcedure:a) Place the condenser assembly in a test chamber at ambient temperature.b) The condenser assembly shall be subjected to 10 alternate hot and cold soaks as follows:2 hours at 125°C +/- 3°C2 hours at -40°C +/- 4°Cc) The maximum time for the chamber to achieve stabilization at the specified temperature extremes shallbe 40 minutes. The part should be mounted in-vehicle position with production-intent cooling module or radiator, withproduction-intent isolators, hoses and radiator/oil cooler filled with fluid (to approximate test weight).Combo Cooler Thermal Cycle TestCombo Cooler must be mounted in application specific front end cooling module. The front end cooling module assembly shall run in a cold chamber at 10 CThe TOC will cycle 155 +/- 5 C oil and 10 +/- 5 C oil for 10 seconds each such that there is a hold period of10 seconds for each temperature. The hot and cold oil will be cycled in less than 10 seconds.Glycol at 5 +/- 2 C will be run through the radiator and condenser at a flow rate to maintain the glycoltemperature.Run 8000 cycles. 1 cycle is defined as 1 minute at hot temperature and 1 minute at cold temperature.
