High-pressure equipment and pipelines are prone to leaks, forming an explosive mixture of ethylene and air. High-pressure sealing is necessary, otherwise the ethylene is easy to leak, and the mixture of ethylene and air will burn or explode when it comes in contact with the ignition source. The reasons for the leakage are generally as follows: the seal of the bellows at the bottom of the reactor and the flange connection of the high-pressure separator valve are damaged: the welding part of the flange and the connecting pipe of the high-pressure compressor are broken: the potential defect of the pipeline material causes the reactor's support pipe to break. The decomposition of ethylene in the pipeline caused the rupture of the circulating natural gas pipeline. In addition, workers whose ethylene gas reaches a certain level in the factory can be poisoned.
