Also to our advantage is that the running gear was effectively two LNER O2 ‘Tango’ locos back-to-back, so we may be able to reuse the driving wheels, cylinders and outside motion from our OO model. Unfortunately no external parts can be re-used from the LMS B-G and based on feedback about the earlier model we should seek to use more reliable motors and electronics, plus more robust valve gear/motion parts from the LNER O2 Tango V3-V5.
