Tie et al. (2006) used 1 km × 1 km land cover data in USGS to determine 20 vegetation types, and each vegetation type was given an average emission factor; the data source was small, and some emission factors were taken from a literature value. In this study, the isoprene emission factor of broad-leaved trees is half of that of this study, which leads to the difference of ~ 9 TG Cyr − 1 isoprene emission; for some vegetation types, such as shrubs and grasslands, the isoprene emission factor is 0, which leads to the difference of ~ 5 TG Cyr − 1 emission.
