Life is the source of education, mathematics comes from life. With the development of information society, the demand for mathematics is becoming more and more large, and the application of mathematics becomes more and more extensive. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, people realize the importance of Life-based teaching. Although many teachers have a certain understanding of Life-based teaching, in the actual teaching, because of the lack of deep understanding, can not be well integrated mathematics knowledge and life, so there are many problems. We should actively explore the problems existing in the teaching of mathematics life in primary school and find the strategies for improvement.<br>This study uses a variety of methods, such as observation, literature, questionnaire, to investigate teachers and students in some schools, and collect data. Through analysis and summary, the following problems are found: first, teachers' understanding of Life-based teaching is not deep enough, and it is easy to grasp the relationship between mathematics and life. Second, the life materials used are far away from the students' actual life, which can not stimulate students' interest. Third, teachers ignore life homework, routine homework is boring and monotonous. Fourth, students' mathematics consciousness is low, students' daily life experience is little, and lack of life experience makes teachers "no case to be taken" in class.<br>
