[Abstract] Objective: Relationship between forkhead transcription factor protein expression with clinical characteristics --FoxM1 in the cervical cancer. Methods: March 2017 - May 2019 Court biopsies, cervical cancer tissue samples obtained as 106 cases of cervical cancer surgery, alternatively the same period obtained as 50 healthy normal cervical tissue, immunohistochemical staining method for protein expression FoxM1 two specimens for testing, using SPSS26.0 statistical software. the results were calculated and analyzed to investigate the relationship table features and clinical characteristics of patients FoxM1 protein in cervical carcinoma. Results: In groups of cervical tissue were detected positive FoxM1 protein, and the positive rate of cervical cancer was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05); FIGO stage Ⅱ, moderately differentiated, and the height of myometrial invasion ≥ 1/2 lower, the positive rate of FoxM1 proteins are significantly higher than that of FIGO stage ⅰ, poorly differentiated, positive rate of myometrial invasion <1/2, and (all P <0.05). Conclusion: FoxM1 protein is highly expressed in cervical cancer, and the expression of this protein is closely related to the clinical features of clinical stage, myometrial infiltration degree of a patient with.
