[摘要]目的:研究叉头转录因子蛋白——FoxM1在宫颈癌组织中的表达与临床特征的关系。方法:选择2017年3月~2019年5月本院活检、手术所获的106例宫颈癌组织标本作为宫颈癌组,另选同期所获50例正常宫颈组织作为正常组,运用免疫组化染色法对两组标本中的FoxM1蛋白表达情况进行检测,运用SPSS26.0统计学软件对检测结果进行计算分析,探讨FoxM1蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表特性与患者临床特征的关系。结果:在两组的宫颈组织中均检测到阳性FoxM1蛋白,且宫颈癌组中的阳性率显著高于正常组(P<0.05);FIGO分期Ⅱ期、高度和中度分化、肌层浸润≥1/2下,FoxM1蛋白阳性率皆显著高于FIGO分期Ⅰ期、低度分化、肌层浸润<1/2中的阳性率,(皆P<0.05)。结论:FoxM1蛋白在宫颈癌组织中高度表达,且该蛋白的表达与患者临床分期、肌层的浸润程度等临床特征密切相关。
