According to the two cases that the pressure of podium acting on the basement is not less than or less than the water buoyancy of the basement, the influence of the water buoyancy of the basement on the checking calculation of the bearing capacity of the foundation of the integrated structure of the main podium is deduced and analyzed. The calculation results show that the base water buoyancy has a great influence on the foundation bearing capacity checking. In the first case, the rise of groundwater level is generally a disadvantage to the calculation of bearing capacity of foundation. In the second case, when the foundation bearing layer is clayey soil and silt, the rise of water level is generally favorable for the calculation of foundation bearing capacity; when the foundation bearing layer is sandy soil and gravelly soil, the rise of water level is generally unfavorable for the calculation of foundation bearing capacity. This paper suggests that the influence of groundwater should be considered when checking the bearing capacity of foundation, and the final value should be considered comprehensively.<br>
