In this paper, the condensation rate model of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is established on the basis of considering the water gas interface condition, and the influence of evaporation condensation ratio and pressure drop on water content is considered. The water cooling condensation rate model not only simulates the fluid flow and convection coupled heat transfer under laminar flow conditions, but also the proton exchange membrane, catalytic layer and diffusion layer of liquid water migration and diffusion, and the convection diffusion channel in the flow. Finally, the fuel cell test system is established and tested under different conditions. The model value and test value are compared and analyzed.
