Good day Technical support. The same problem continues with functionality. As soon as we hook up or power on the projector, we lose all touchscreen ability on the Computer. The only way this can be rectified is to have Texhnical Support log in remotely and set adjust the display settings. I cannot do this as the touchscreen is disabled. When the projector is off it does not detect the projector and adjustments to the setting are not available to change. Thank you.
