In the big data platform, the parallel BP neural network is constructed, the comprehensive model is used to process the data of food supply chain, and only BP neural network is used to analyze the data of food safety supply chain. The total amount of data is 1GB and 2GB respectively. After several statistics, the comparison results are shown in Table 1. According to the experimental results, compared with parallel BP neural network, the accuracy summary of food safety evaluation method is higher than 1GB parallel BP neural network and 2GB data, which shows that the accuracy of food safety evaluation method is improved by using this method based on a large number of data. The absolute error and relative error of BP neural network method are relatively small. It can be concluded that our method has good performance in actual processing speed, precision and stability, and achieves the expected effect.
