Fine planing is to remove the residual amount left on the workpiece after rough planing, so that the workpiece can reach the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness specified in the drawing or process. During the processing, the cutting height shall be strictly controlled, the pressing plate shall be loosened frequently for many times to install and turn over, and part of the allowance shall be removed evenly. As the standard plate is selected for the diaphragm, the rear of the main and auxiliary parts can be selected to be flat and smooth, and the flow direction of chips can be controlled well, so as to obtain better precision and higher surface quality. Attention: during planing, the workpiece must be clamped firmly and positioned reasonably, and inspected at any time during the cutting process to prevent the workpiece from loosening.
