Electric braking is to make the motor produce a force opposite to the running direction of the train to slow down the train by controlling the current and direction of the motor. Electric braking mainly includes resistance braking and regenerative braking.<br>Resistance braking is a braking mode that converts the kinetic energy of the train into electrical energy through the motor and consumes it on the resistance, while regenerative braking is a braking mode that converts the kinetic energy of the train into electrical energy and feeds back to the power grid. Its energy is transmitted to the main converter and traction transformer by the motor, and finally feeds back to the contact network (as shown in Figure 4).<br>
