Using orthosectative experimental method, the influence and significantness of induction current, sub-layer pressure and intake rate on forming temperature and forming limit are studied, and the results show that inductive current has the most significant effect on forming temperature and forming limit, and the sub-layer pressure is second and the rate of infertation is the smallest. When the induction current is 50A, the down-layer pressure is 0.3mm, and the intake rate is 1000mm/min, the steel plate forming performance is the best, and the forming limit is reached 85.8 degrees.
