Inventory is an important current asset of any enterprise, an important connection between production and sales, and a barometer reflecting the production, operation and capital utilization of an enterprise. The efficiency of inventory management has a great impact on the financial situation of enterprises. There are many problems in the inventory management of many companies. In the process of enterprise development, if we can't solve the inventory problem well, it will greatly affect the development and progress of enterprises. This study discusses the existing problems in inventory management of Daphne Company and how to solve the existing problems through literature research, case analysis and summary induction. It is found that Daphne Company has low turnover rate, more turnover days, and higher inventory cost and inventory level. Based on the findings of this study, the following suggestions are put forward: improve the internal control system of inventory, improve inventory management, improve the quality management of post personnel, improve the level of financial accounting, and promote the informatization construction of inventory management. To solve the problems, we should make continuous improvement, which will make the enterprise constantly perfect and develop.
