Based on the findings of this study, the following suggestions are put forward: improve the internal control system of inventory, improve inventory management, improve the quality management of post personnel, improve the level of financial accounting, and promote the construction of inventory management information. Continuous improvement in response to the problem makes the enterprise continue to improve and develop continuously.
