Communication activities are the most basic and frequent social practice activities in the new century. Through communication, people open themselves up, absorb a large amount of social information, enrich the emotional experience, accept social culture and social norms, smooth development. The new Primary School Language Curriculum Standards (the draft experiment) no longer refer only to obediance and speech, but to "oral communication" in a comprehensive way, in order to meet the needs of modern social development. Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of oral communication skills in primary schools is the need of social development in the new century.
