Visitor and vehicle access in/out management procedure (document number: WI-C-TPAT-017, version number: V5.0, issue date: May 05, 2017) is in place for checking the photo ID card upon arrival. Visitor log is used for recording visitor information such as visitor’s full name, ID number, visit date, the reason/department to be visited, the time of arrival and departure, visitor truck number. However, 2 inspector from 3rd party come to the facility together, they facility only records 1 of them. Visitor and auditor’s photo ID are not checked by security guards.
