In recent years, low-level quality problems of aerospace outsourcing products occur frequently. The quality of outsourcing products has become one of the main risks affecting the success and delivery of aerospace flight test. Aiming at this problem, this paper makes an in-depth research on the advanced practices of outsourcing product quality control of domestic and foreign advanced enterprises. At the same time, from the aspects of organization, product classification, quality control management and supplier evaluation criteria, combing and analyzing the current situation of outsourcing product management of aerospace units, comparing with the advanced experience at home and abroad, studying and proposing the principles of classification of aerospace products and countermeasures and suggestions for quality assurance requirements delivery.<br>
