imaging in the head and neck region does shwo multuple relatively discrete moderate-markedly avid lymph nodes in a upper and mid cervical location bilaterally. further avid nodal disease is seen extending down to the supraclavicular fossae and multiple , discrete avid nodes are present within the axillae bilaterally . Imaging through the mediastinum does show several mild-moderately avid nodes with some avid internal mammary node. No abnormal lung or pleural activity is seen. The scans through the upper abdoment show normal activity within the liver an spleen. other upper abdominal structures also show normal activity and imaging through the mid and lower abdomen and pelvis does not show any substantial abnormal uptake at any level. there is mild uptake within several non-enlarged inguinal nodes. no abnormal activity is seen in relation to the bony skeleton. Conclusion:Fairly extensive avid relatively discrete nodal disease in the cervical and axillary region with limited involvement of mediastinal nodes. Marginal activity in the inguinal nodes is of questionable relevance. there are certainly no features of retroperitoneal or iliac nodal disease . no features of visceral or marrow involvement.
