Exercise 9: Backward to Forward Lunge With 90-Degree Elbow Bend
Muscles trained: arms—legs—back
Equipment: Gymstick Aerobic Bar
Procedure: Stand with aerobic bar in the second lever arm position—arm is flexed with the elbow at 90 degrees. Then perform a forward lunge. Bring the back leg up, and then immediately step back into a backward lunge. Stand back up straight, and then start the forward lunge with the opposite leg. Repeat the exercise.
