We pea seedlings as research subjects. We will use the simulation technique potted human normal industrial water holding capacity, and arid three kinds of moderate severe cases, generation of reactive oxygen species under drought stress developed Pea seedlings write case, the water holding capacity of the normal, moderate and severe drought stress pea under MDA, membrane permeability, and determining the content of CAT and POD, the effect of drought stress on active oxygen metabolism of pea seedlings. The results show that: under moderate drought stress is increased as compared with the control MDA content of 48.89%, CAT and POD increased by 70.12%, 75.19%, membrane permeability increases 50.65%; and under severe drought stress MDA content compared to the control increased by 220.09%, CAT and POD increased by 127.12%, 133.07%, increased membrane permeability 141.86%. As described enhancement of drought stress, by increasing the degree of oxidation of lipid membrane, membrane lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde content increases, membrane permeability increases, pea CAT enzyme system protection and POD increased active oxygen metabolism strengthen.
