There is no magic effect—in skin terms—that happens overnight, however when we’re asleep, we’re less likely to touch or cover our faces, or to sweat heavily—all things that can remove product from our faces during waking hours. The hours we spend sleeping are therefore a valuable opportunity to deliver product to skin as we rest. Prolonged skin contact and uninterrupted exposure will deliver the best possible results, but even thirty minutes is long enough for the product to confer nourishment and replenishment.
