The mineralogical test results are summarized as follows:- The head sample consists predominantly of quartz (80.6 wt.%) with minor feldspars (all species together 7.4 wt.%), Fe-Mg carbonates (6.8 wt.%), and small amounts of muscovite/sericite (1.9 wt.%), clay minerals (1.4 wt.%), pyriboles (0.34 wt.% and Fe- (hydr)oxides (0.45 wt.%).- The observed gold in the gravity concentrate is predominantly Native Gold (>80 wt.% Au content in grain) with trace amounts of electrum.- The observed gold grains range in size between 2 μm and 103 μm with gold grains greater than 32 μm in size accounting for 97% mass of the total gold in the concentrate including 86% mass of gold as grains greater than 64 μm.
