Abstract: in today's rapid economic development, the meaning of enterprises to people is like the second "home", which is an important place in life; in the workplace, managers are like the "parents" of a family, who not only fight with team members, but also care about their life emotions. For the enterprise, the manager is an important part of the organization, is the main body in the process of enterprise management behavior. Managers and their management skills play a decisive role in organizational management activities. Therefore, Drucker, an American Management Master, once said, "if an enterprise fails to operate, of course, we need to change a new general manager instead of hiring another group of people." Therefore, a qualified and excellent manager plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises. Among them, interpersonal skills are very important for managers who want to master interpersonal skills, and interpersonal skills are essential for managers. Liu Bei of the Three Kingdoms period once said: "people must be people-oriented when doing great things". The influence of a manager who can communicate and understand interpersonal skills on enterprises is immeasurable.
