摘要：在经济飞速发展的今天，企业对于人们的意义来说就像第二个“家”，是生活中的重要场所；在职场中管理者就像一个家的“家长”，除了与组员并肩作战还要关心组员的生活情绪。而对于企业来说，管理者是组织的重要组成部分，是企业管理行为过程中的主体。管理者及其管理技能在组织管理活动中起决定性作用，所以美国管理大师德鲁克曾说过“如果一个企业运转不动了，我们当然要换一个新的总经理，而不是另雇一批人。”可见，一个合格且优秀的管理者对企业的生存发展起着至关重要的作用。要想成为一个合格的管理者就必须具备管理者的三种技能---技术技能、人际技能和概念技能，而其中尤为重要的就是人际技能，它既是技术技能的升华，也是概念技能的基础；对于中上层管理者掌握人际技能十分必要。三国时期的刘备曾说：“举大事者必以人为本”，一个会沟通懂人际交际能力的管理者对企业的影响力也是不可估量的。本文就是结合实际工作经验探讨人际技能的重要性。<BR>关键词：人际技能、沟通、语言的魅力、职场环境
