We went to Cheng Chau Chou Kei for lunch, we ate barbeque pork egg fried rice, shredded pork with preserved vegetable rice, and curry beef rice. The barbeque pork egg fried rice smelled so appetizing that my stomach began to rumble. The egg is so soft and creamy that it just melts in your mouth. With a big piece of barbeque pork leave a pleasant aftertaste in your mouth. The exquisite color matching of foods makes the dish outstanding and delicious. As for the shredded pork with preserved vegetable rice, it is finger-licking good with that preserved vegetable. It consists of various vegetables that have been fermented by pickling with salt and brine. The curry beef rice has a bit of sweet and sour flavor, the sauce is very rich and strong. Itwould draw everyone’s attention when it is served on the table. They are using fresh ingredients and dishes are freshly made every day. It will sure deliver a high quality dining experience.
