Children just go to kindergarten are separated from a familiar family and their parents, and come to a strange environment to live with a new crowd. Due to the change of living conditions and environment, children will cry, do not communicate with everything around them, repeat a word, do not eat, do not take a nap, and they are anxious about lovers and objects. Children's kindergarten anxiety has become a problem that parents and teachers have been more concerned about. Alleviating or solving children's kindergarten anxiety has become one of the main tasks of small class parents and teachers. Kindergarten anxiety not only affects children's activities in kindergarten, but also affects children's physical and mental health development. This study takes 32 children in a small class of a kindergarten as the object, adopts the observation method, analyzes the current situation of children's anxiety by observing children's behavior in the kindergarten, and gives corresponding strategies at the level of parents and teachers, hoping to help parents and teachers alleviate the current situation of children's anxiety in the kindergarten.<br>
