(1) Dust removal: According to the actual situation of general mixing workshops and the difference of dust content in waste gas, harmful flue gas first passes through the corresponding bag dust remover to remove the granular dust therein.(2) Spray absorption: the gas after dust removal enters the alkali liquor spray tank, and the sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and other gases that can react with the alkali solution are removed by spraying the alkali-containing liquid, and the oil mist is liquefied by spraying so that it can flow out of the spray tank along with the waste liquid, and at the same time, some of the organic volatiles can be liquefied and discharged out of the spray tank.(3) activated carbon adsorption: sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and oil mist are removed from the gas in the spray tank. in order to improve the removal effect, the gas is passed through an activated carbon adsorption bed to further purify the gas. the activated carbon adsorption bed is equipped with a steam blowback pipe and hot and cold air pipes to periodically reactivate the activated carbon and prolong the service life of the activated carbon.(4) Catalytic combustion: the harmful gases in the exhaust gas are basically removed through the odor removal in the two processes, but different rubber mixing formulas will have different organic volatile substances, some of which are not easy to be removed by the first two processes. The gas purified in the first two stages is passed through a catalytic combustion furnace, so that the organic volatile substances are decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, reaching the emission standard.
