Using 100nm BaTiO3 powder as raw material, it was hydrothermally activated in 0.1mol/L acetic acid solution at 100℃ for 1h. Then, using Ba(OH)2·8H2O as flux, the powder was cold sintered at 350MPa and 400℃ for 1h and annealed at 600℃ for 0.5h. A ceramic sample with a relative density of 96.62%, a grain size of 180 nm, an electric constant (εr) of 2836 and a dielectric loss (tanθ) of 0.03 was obtained.

Then, using BA (OH) 2 · 8H2O as flux, the powder was cold sintered at 350Mpa and 400 ℃ for 1h, and annealed at 600 ℃ for 0.5h. The relative density is 96.62%, the grain size is 180 nm and the electric constant is obtained（ ε r) 2836, dielectric loss (tan) θ) 0.03 ceramic sample.
